Archive: The Add Button Is Grayed out when Attempting to Monitor ICA Performance Counters

Ensure ICA sessions are connected to the MetaFrame server.

Reproduction Steps

With no ICA sessions to the MetaFrame server:

1. Open Performance Monitor and select + to add to the graph.

2. From the Performance Object drop-down list, select ICA Session and a desired counter.

3. The Add button is grayed out.

4. Make an ICA connection to the server.

5. Repeat Steps 1 and 2. The Add button is now available and you can select an instance to monitor.
