XenApp 6.5 Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. Network issues are preventing your connection.

Only 4 users can connect to the farm??

Citrix access gateway is connecting to the WI of XA02??
Licencing seems fine, load balancing is fine. nothing else is obvious, this issue only happens when coming through the AG conferencing the AG team to check licencing.

This was not a network issue so CDF traces will not reveal the real issue:

Via Registry it will be in:??

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp??
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\ICA-Tcp??
• Look for MaxInstanceCount

Run an RSOP on your servers and drill down to Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Terminal Server\Connections. If this is being set via a GPO is should show up here. Otherwise, there could be a local policy or setting or maybe this is from an old policy or setting. If you can’t find where this policy is being set then manually change the ICA key to the same as the RDP (ffffffff), run a gpupdate /force and see if the key has changed back to the previously set value.
