Symptoms or Error
Citrix Studio not opening to Controller Re-Enter the Controller address or try a new one.
Troubleshooting:
-??Ran get-command *services* on PoSH and after that checked the status of all the citrix services.
- Got error on the Get-MonitorServiceStatus: There was a problem communicating with the Citrix Delegated Administration Service.
- Restarted the Citrix Admin Service and the Monitor service but still having the issue.
- On the Application logs getting error 2008 Citrix monitor Service: Error querying the BrokerObjects 'Controller Machine Details'.
- Ran command Set-MonitorConfiguration -DataCollectionEnabled $true
- After this the Get-MonitorServiceStatus came back with OK.
- We were able to open the Citrix Studio console with no issues.
- Rebooted the controller and was able to launch the Studio console fine.
