Netscaler::SDX:: Getting error "system maintenance in progress" when trying to login to SVM from GUI

When trying to login through browser to SVM IP, user gets error "System maintenance in progress".

From the SVM logs we can confirm if the error "system maintenance in progress" is due to a memory leak issue.

This issue is fixed in 10.5-59.x+ builds.
