When trying to shutdown a VM in XenServer 6.5 SP1, the VM stays in an amber state for a long time.?? ???? Dead beef domains appear in the?? list_domains command, for example:?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

The following conditions are also met:

• Bonded NICs are used
• The NICs use the tg3 driver version?? 3.136h

Update to the latest version of tg3 driver?? (at least?? 3.3.137f). Download the version 3.137f of tg3 drivers which contains the fix for this issue from CTX201909?? -?? Driver Disk for Broadcom tg3 3.137f - For XenServer 6.5.0.

A bug in the older version of tg3 driver leaked?? the skb,?? leaking memory and failing to call the skb zero-copy destructor.?? If at leak one skb is leaked, the virtual interface?? cannot be destroyed.
