Graph/Reports behavior of Defaut Traffic Shaping Policy

Default Traffic Shaping Policy was removed from all service classes except on service class policy “Secure Applications” however Traffic shaping graphs and reports from "Last Minute" and "Last Hour" are still showing the “Default Traffic Shaping Policy” with the highest values for Total Bytes Sent and Total Bytes Received.

Removed “All Other” link from the Link Selection and ran the report again, this time the Default Policy showed an accurate value

By design, Traffic Shaping applies to WAN link only; traffic on LAN or “All Other” link will fall into “Default Policy”. For example, the traffic on management link to port 443?? is on “All Other” link. Although it is classified as “Secure Web” service class,?? it will not use the customized Traffic Shaping policy for “Secure Web” service class; “Default Policy” will be applied, instead.?? The confusion is probably caused by the new GUI that WAN link and “All other” are both selected by default. The customer may unselect “All other” link from Traffic Shaping report page to get the accurate values.
