Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor Support in XenApp/XenDesktop

The Nutanix Acropolis hypervisor running on Nutanix Operating System (NOS) 4.5 has been designated as Citrix Ready and is supported in XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6 as mentioned on the??Citrix Ready Marketplace??and the??Nutanix Solutions for Citrix desktop and application virtualization.??See below for additional information outlining supported scenarios for use of this product in Citrix environments. XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6 features not supported in Nutanix Acropolis

The following features are not currently supported:

• Hypervisor (host) connectivity from within Citrix Studio
• Master image or template management
• Machine Creation Services
• Provisioning Services
• Virtual machine power state control
• GPU sharing using vGPU
• Linux virtual desktops

Site Setup
During the initial Site Setup process of XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6, the option "No machine management" must be selected on the Connection screen when using Nutanix Acropolis:
