From the Controller:

1. Confirm if the?? VDA Citrix Desktop Service and "BrokerAgent.exe"?? is running using Services.msc and Task Manager.
2. Ping the FQDN of the VDA from the Delivery Controller - DDC (Controller). If it fails to respond successfully check your DNS settings and network configuration.

• Use CTX122450 -?? Citrix Port Check Utility to?? check IP address of the VDA on port 80 (Provide IP address, name or URL and port number)
• Run Netstat – to check any process?? using the port
• Disable firewalls and antivirus software temporarily

From the VDA:
